This occurred in 2021, so I hope by now the process has been streamlined, as I had 8-9 zoom interviews over a 2 month period. I met with the immediate team individually for the role and then met with the corporate team. At the time, I thought that was a nice way to be introduced to the company, however, afterwards it seemed like it was a place where any change needed to be scrutinized. I felt like the immediate team was receptive to my joining, as I spoke to one of the team members twice, but it was not to be so.
