Spent the day at HQ and interviewed with 6 different people, including those who would be peers and those who would be managing this role. Questions were encouraged and the HR manager was gracious with their time touring HQ and facilitating introductions.

I only went through the first stage of the interview: Talking to someone from ESRI in HR. Felt like a standard interview that revolved around talking about the role, talking about myself and my work experience, setting up salary expectations, as well as leaving room in the end for questions.

It was using an online platform to conduct the interview. There were two people in the meeting. One is from the HR team. Another person is from the team. It was more like a causal talking in Cantonese.
