Extremely lengthy and windy process. Ersi needs to rethink its interview process and have respect the for candidate's time. It started with a detailed screening interview and then there were multiple 1-on-1 with the team members. The team members I spoke to were nice but it didn't look like they had any role in the decision-making. Seems to be a top management call.

The screening interview focused a lot on what you knew about ESRI. The team interviews and interviews with the top executives focused mainly on a walk through of your resume.

Interview
The process was well-managed with a point person in HR to coordinate all of the interviews, by phone and in-person on campus. Interviews were professional and fast-paced but felt like overkill for the position.
