The company put me through three one-hour skype interviews, all on different days, with various members of HR and Recruiting. They then called me on a Friday at 5:30 p.m. to ask if I could come out the following Monday for an all day interview. What working professional can take an entire day off with NO notice to his/her present employer? They scheduled my interview for about 1.5 weeks later, due to my schedule, so I scheduled an entire day off from my job. Today, one week before I was to interview, they called and canceled my interview letting me know they had "identified a candidate." There were no apologies, no nothing. In fact, the recruiter tried to pass it off as my fault for not being available on a moment's notice.
