I applied through a staffing agency (Rowland Group). I was well prepared for the interview in thanks to the efforts of the staffing agency. The interviewer John spent most of the interview telling me about the company, the position, and himself. He also told me that the last candidate quit after 90 days

Phone interview was very relaxed it is a time to get to know the candidate after that is a one on one interview that is also relaxed if everything goes well there is a panel interview
