The interview process comprised of 3 rounds. In my first round I was asked questions regarding my work experience followed by second round which was in depth role based interview. The last round was bar raiser Interview with Global Head. The interview scheduling process was very smooth and I was given feedback and update after every round. Overall, I would rate it as a very pleasant experience.

I had 6 rounds of interview - with Head of recruitment, stakeholder round, senor HR executive, Head HR of India, Global HR Head and a culture fit round with an ELT member.
