Interview
I applied through career page of the company for application developer position. In a few days I got a call from a recruiter in UK. It was mainly background check. Then he asked when I will be ready to do next phase of interview. In one week ( as I asked) I was sent an invitation for an on-site interview which was three rounds.
1) 30 min with R&D leader. Mainly about company and some questions about myself.
2) 30 min HR interview. It was normal HR questions and deep understanding about my CV and employment history.
3) 1 hour technical interview with two senior guy. Some straight forward questions about OOP, JAVA , SQL and almost anything that I had in my CV. Then, there was a white-board question to implement an algorithm.
They are very fast in making decision and generally I was happy with the whole process of interview. I was not happy 100% with the offered salary because I think the job was interesting so I decided to accept the offer.

Initial recruiter telephone screen then brought onsite for multiple rounds of interviews. Firstly a department manager to discuss the role and the company, secondly a technical interview with 2 senior people and finally a HR interview with general competency style questions.
It's mostly straight forward stuff like object oriented concepts and the likes but they really drill down into your knowledge of particular areas. They also get you to do some white board solving of a problem that has multiple correct answers of varying efficiency.
