La persona que me entrevistó, muy amable y dio seguimiento en todo el proceso y después de haber sido contratado, fue agradable y me sentí seguro y confiado en todo momento.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Equals True in Apr 2023
Interview
The team did not inform the recruiter that a candidate was referred internally and was already in a later stage. As a result, I got my already scheduled team-validation interview cancelled which I was preparing for. I consider this a lack of communication towards their own recruiter team. If true and you already have scheduled an interview, you give the chance for the candidate to prove himself.

Question 1
Code a snake type game in a matrix given an input array. They expect you to do everything perfect and you will have no error margin, not even on variable names.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Equals True in Nov 2022
Interview
Equals true seems to be a pretty standard outsourcing company so expect the process to follow the normal flow. First, some interviews with them and then with the client. Most of the interviews were scheduled by the client and there was a lack of communication between the company and them (at least that's what I can tell) The entire process took around 2 months because the client wasn't communicating effectively with them. After 5 rounds of interviews aprox I got what seemed to be a preoffer which was withdrawn because of my physical location (even though they asked my country of residence several times and the job was offered as remote-anywhere). The client never send me a rejection letter whatsoever and the company seemed to be unnaware of what was going on. At the end the company expressed their apologies but I already spent many hours preparing for the interviews. From my point of view this could have been easily avoided if the mandatory requirements were clear but again, lack of communication between them and the client.
