Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epitec (Southfield, MI)
Interview
I got a call for software developer role in MI near where I live. I accepted the hour and half interview in which I did a coding challenge and was told I did a very good job. I was then given a take home assignment that I put in between 25-30 hours of work, and another interview as set up in which I went step by step in how I was able to do the assignment and demonstrated it, and again I didn't only think I did a good job, they also told me I did a good job and didn't have any questions.
One week passes by and I send an email for any updates, I didn't get any. I wait for another week and I send another email and call the recruiter and no one answered. I then waited another week and sent another emails and phone call to get nothing back. I am really disappointed, I wasted about 35 hours of my time doing interviews, coding challenges and an assignment and I didn't even get a single call back or update. All I wanted at the end is a Yes or No, and not to leave me hanging out there.
