I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Dec 2010
Interview
The interview process was actually very pleasant. I felt like they were willing to answer any question I had, and talked about very detailed aspects of the Job. I wish they'd been a little bit more open about talking about their software ( though I understand they wouldn't go into details).

Question 1
If we were to call your references, what are the 5 things they wouldn't say about you?
Straight forward. Asked some basic questions sometimes a logic based question but mostly getting to know basic information about you and if you would be a good fit within the company and adhere to the company ethos and guidelines like the 10 commandments

Question 1
"Tell me about a time you faced a significant challenge at work. How did you handle it?"
All interviews took place during one 4-hour session. The interviews alternated between informational, providing information about the role, and interviews where I was asked questions about time management and client relations skills and general industry knowledge.

What aspect of the job do you think would come easily to you, and what aspect would be the most difficult for you?
There are multiple rounds of "interviews". Someone wl call you to do an informal informational call. You'll then have an online assessment. If you pass the assessment, you'll be invited on campus for an campus tour and in person interviews.
