I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic in Feb 2022
Interview
Epic has "interview days" which last upwards of three hours. While most of this time is spent listening to presentations about the company and job role, there is also a 30-minute case study where you have to look at a piece of software and find problems with it. In addition, you're also required to give a 10-minute presentation. The interview itself was the last thing and only lasted about 15 minutes
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us about a time when you made a wrong decision that led to a negative consequence, and how did you fix it.
There were multiple steps to the interview, including an assessment of a website and a test to see how you respond to stressful situations and manage your time. During the actual interview part, they focused on asking about your strengths and weaknesses.
You apply for PM or TS, and they may let you know you are also considered for QM role. The interview includes the presentation that you have to make. I think it is effectively the same as PM but you are judged for PM (IS) or QM.
I applied online. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Oct 2025
Interview
3+ hour intense proctored assessment (coding, math, logic, and reasoning), followed by a 4-hour long interview "day" with some information sessions, a case interview, a 10-minute presentation, and then a screening with HR. Fun process.
