It was a phone call and from a program analyst. Interview call was scheduled days after submitting an application. The call was brief, only for 15 minutes, and high-level interview questions were asked.
After the initial screening call, they had a rigorous process that included aptitude tests for IQ, personality as well as analytical thinking. There was then another round with the potential manager and also with potential future teammates

Why are manhole covers round? Talk me through your thought process. If you were a road sign, what would you be and why? Tell me about a time you thought of how a workflow could change for the better and what did you do? There were many more situational questions. Have a few stories on hand of what you have done in certain situations, even if you have to make one up.
