I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Madison, WI) in Nov 2019
Interview
After I applied, I received an email to schedule a phone interview. I also received a separate email to schedule an assessment. I completed those within a week. Then they emailed me to set up an on-campus interview. The on-campus interview lasted most of the day and included a tour of the campus. A week later, I was informed of the hiring decision. (I was offered the job.)

Question 1
What would hold you back from accepting a position with Epic?
30 minute phone call with a technical solutions engineer, questions were related to interest in the role and long term career goals rather than technical questions. He also asked about relocating and if that’s something I would be considering.
