I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (New York, NY) in Dec 2016
Interview
I was asked to apply via email and applied online soon after. I received a quick response with instructions to set up a phone interview. After filling out my availability, I was prompted to schedule a skills assessment test. The phone interview is very informal. The interviewer asks you a few basic questions about why Epic and how you choose your major. Then the interviewer goes into detail about the job description and then it is open for questions.
