it was oddly combative at times as I felt that the exec interviewing was trying to catch me out rather than it being an exchange to get to know each other better, and was more about showcasing her experience over mine. I have had tough, thorough but fair interviews in the past and this in reflection was a near miss and not a company i would want to work for.
