Pros
Nice office/building. Generous benefits and amenities. Interesting work.
Cons
Talking down to inferiors. Lack of company and community morale. Lack of training. Expecting too much from new hires. Co-workers and higher-ups constantly spreading gossip and talking negatively about other employees. When the going gets tough, they simply clean house.
