Two things i observe on this interview, which is very new to me:
1. Type of Questioning- the fundamentals of the questions are not well established to properly gauge the creativeness of a person or how he implements his job properly for this specific position. I suggest ensuring the capability you can request for an exercise to create a marketing pitch of a campaign to understand his treatment and strategy on an applicational level.
2. Sense of Reliance- Raising my two hands earlier surprised me, it shows how key people from the company trust employees to do their job and make a decision on their own.
