I submitted my CV, and received a call from the HR Department for an appointment for an interview met the Projects Manager for the interview and it took 20 minutes.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Emirates Link Maltauro in Sep 2014
Interview
I sent them my resume through e-mail. The next day they called me and we set a meeting after couple of days. The interview was at the site with a project engineer. I did not meet anyone from the HR or the Management Team. The interviewer wanted to prove that he is experienced and started to ask technical questions that are not significant at all. He tested me on Excel and Autocad in the same meeting! and tested my drawing knowledge.
