Applied online and received a phone call from a recruiter. She then set up a telephone interview that lasted about an hour. Most questions were STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Results) format but was fairly easy. After the initial phone interview I was contacted days later to set up a panel interview the next week.
Before the panel interview I had to take a 30 minute personality test which is normal like any other organization. After that I was put into the interview room to then take a math skills test that was timed for 10 minutes. The math skills tested consisted of adding, subtracting, dividing, and multiplying and also consisted of fractions. Total length was two pages long.
After the two tests were completed I then had to wait in the "interrogation room". A panel interview was conducting consisting the people services and operations manager for an hour. After the first interview was a second interview with another two people from management.
I was informed that the next step in the process is a meeting with the CEO and then I'm assuming after the meeting with him they will make an offer to the potential candidate.
