You can go for the company's web site and fill an online app then if u r accepted u will get a call from the HR department to go for a first interview which a normal HR interview then to a 2nd one with a sales manager and the most common question will be were do u expect to see your self within 5 years from now and the ideal answer should be in the sales career ( sales manager - regional sales manager . etc.....) then a last interview with the national head of sales
