The interview process had about six stages, including two technical interviews and a few chats with different people across the business. Overall, everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. It was quite thorough, but it felt like they really wanted to make sure it was a good fit on both sides.

Interview
Went through all stages of a long interview process. And then - nothing. Never heard anything back. I feel that’s a bit disrespectful and maybe out of touch with the stress that candidates go through waiting for a reply. What ever the reply is. Just have the respect to inform the candidate that they should move on other opportunities.

Interview
I had a very positive experience with the interview process. What stood out to me was the thoughtful structure and fairness of the entire process. It began with a test that allowed me to demonstrate my ability to perform the tasks required for the role, which I really appreciated. It felt like a practical and unbiased way to assess my skills.
Next, I had a one-way video interview, which I could complete at my own pace and in the comfort of my home. This approach gave me the opportunity to prepare and present myself in the best possible way.
Afterward, I was invited to an in-person interview, where I got to discuss my aspirations and career goals in a relaxed and welcoming setting. What I enjoyed the most was being offered the chance to try out some of the tasks involved in the role. This hands-on approach not only gave me a clearer understanding of the job but also helped me assess my own fit for the position.
Throughout the process, the team was incredibly friendly and created a supportive environment that made me feel at ease. Their professionalism and genuine interest in ensuring a good fit—for both the company and me—were evident every step of the way.
Overall, this was one of the most well-organized and considerate interview processes I’ve been part of, and it left me with a great impression of the company and its culture.
