I had an initial call with HR, after which I heard nothing, despite the fact they said they would get back to me. Regardless of whether they wanted to progress, it was unprofessional to not get back, even if it was to say no thank you. A comms agency with bad comms?
Call with recruiter to see if the role fits and aligns with you and then several rounds of interviews with team and executives to talk about experience and a writing test.
