Interview managers from two teams to introduce yourself, after that there is a written test to translate press releases, Chinese to English and English to Chinese. You will receive a call confirmation from the HR department if you passed the interview

Only did the first round which was a phone screening. Recruiter didn't seem that engaged and sounded like they were in a rush to get off the phone. Communication via email is quick though, and they're transparent about the process and updates so that's a plus.
