About a week after submitting my application online, I had a 30 minute phone interview with a recruiter. Then about 1-1.5 weeks later, I had 3 one-on-one interviews (via Teams) with account managers and a VP. Each interview was about 30 minutes and the first half they asked me questions and the other 10-15 minutes I was able to ask them about the job and Edelman. I was notified later that day that I would not be moving forward.
Call with recruiter to see if the role fits and aligns with you and then several rounds of interviews with team and executives to talk about experience and a writing test.
