simple process and very courteous interviewers who knew exactly how to focus the interview on the position which I was most interested in possibly obtaining. Additionally the interviewers expressed their happiness with the company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ease.io
Interview
The first thing they make you do is take a ridiculous aptitude test. It was easy and not related to the job I was interviewing for whatsoever. I passed the aptitude test which was followed up with an in-person interview. I spoke to various members of the team one on one. During the interview I got the sense that the company wasn't really agile even though they claimed to be. They didn't hold SCRUM meetings, they didn't complete their sprints on time, nor did they have sprint retrospectives. Since this became a concern, I brought it up in the final one on one interview with the CEO. He became defensive, then began grilling me with agile questions, trying to get me to answer something wrong. Immediately after this experience I decided this was the wrong company to work at.

Interview
Took a online Aptitude test, the next day the company canceled interview. The test has nothing to do with Engineering. I'm positive I did well on the test and the position is still open. Not real sure what gives.
