I applied online through my university, was notified about an interview the day after the application deadline, and interviewed the following week. The interview was pretty standard, no trick questions. Just asked about previous work experience and interest in working for the company. EF really emphasizes the idea of an "entrepreneurial spirit" - make sure your work style aligns with this.
