EF is a very young company. The majority of open positions are entry level. I was first interviewed by phone and was asked to come in for a 1:1 interview. The questions encompassed travel experience, competitiveness, and team work. After I met with the first manager, I was asked to interview with another individual.

There was a screening call and then I had the really interview. The people I interviewed with were kind and friendly. Overall the interview process was smooth and I did not have to wait long for a responses.

The interview process included a phone screen with HR and then virtual interview loop where I talked with 3 people, two sales managers and one sales trainer. The managers asked traditional questions and the portion with the trainer was a mock sales call.
