Interview
It was a pretty extensive process. There were 4 interviews and the final one was with the VP of the US high school exchange year program. It was a very comfortable process and everyone I spoke with was super kind.
Rapide entretien téléphonique vérifiant les disponibilités et motivation. Entretien en personne avec les deux cheffes d'équipe. Au fait sur le CV; Assez rapide (20 minutes) et convivial. Réponse dans les jours qui ont suivi.
They asked confusing questions with no real context behind it. I think they should given more scenario based questions for this type of job interview. It just felt very awkward and chaotic.
Ho partecipato a un primo colloquio conoscitivo di gruppo online. In questo primo colloquio, svolto in lingua inglese, mi hanno chiesto 1) le motivazioni per cui volevo lavorare con loro e perché secondo loro sarei stata qualificata per il ruolo; 2) cosa avrei fatto in una situazione che si sarebbe potuta verificare durante il viaggio studio.
