Very easy interview. Portfolio discussion and classic questions about my previous experience, why I want the job, what are my best skills as designer and if I ever worked for a big company before

Why do you want to work at EF
First round with the recruiter, second with the art director, didn't get to the next round. I think there was supposed to be another interview after with other team members

Interview
The interview was set up in rounds of 2 people, each lasting about a half hour. I met with the email design team, the creative director and art director, and some of the other employees I would potentially be working with. All were very nice and made me laugh.
