First, they will contact within weeks before giving you an answer for an interview. The interview face to face was the worst, unprofessional I have ever had. There was like a musical chair process with 4 people from the sales department. Very uncoordinated, and even unpolite while not listening to you and checking the phone all the time. They will contact you later on they say, better call them back as they won't.

Professional experience, some basic sales questions.
Rapide entretien téléphonique vérifiant les disponibilités et motivation. Entretien en personne avec les deux cheffes d'équipe. Au fait sur le CV; Assez rapide (20 minutes) et convivial. Réponse dans les jours qui ont suivi.

Interview
The interview process was fairly easy and straightforward, the initial interview is in person, and quite informal and nice to go through, you'll meet with one or two people from the office, this interview is about 45 minutes to an hour.. The second round is a real-life situation where you'll get to try out your sales skills. This interview is about 30 minutes. If you make it there, you'll have a call with the Head of the Country to evaluate your experience and exceptions and motivations. Fairly short as well.
