They knew me beforehand, so it wasn't very hard. Typical sales questions. I would recommend any candidate to be a shark, aggressive. First I had an interview with the CPM, then with the office manager and then with my team lead. They seemed nice but I guessed they had something to hide. Should've trusted my intuition more.

Interview
The interview process was fairly easy and straightforward, the initial interview is in person, and quite informal and nice to go through, you'll meet with one or two people from the office, this interview is about 45 minutes to an hour.. The second round is a real-life situation where you'll get to try out your sales skills. This interview is about 30 minutes. If you make it there, you'll have a call with the Head of the Country to evaluate your experience and exceptions and motivations. Fairly short as well.
