I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Denver, CO) in Mar 2018
Interview
The first phase was a phone interview; second phase was a Skype interview with another recruiter. I chose to speak with another person, while anyone can sign up for any recruiter's time slot.
For both instances, they asked about my wants in a profession and elaborated on the role. Personally, I felt they could have been a bit more genuine with those they are interviewing, considering these are people that may be working with them in the future. It did not seem like they wanted to get to know me better.
