Interview
They contacted me, 3 months after sending the CV, via mail and I found it in the spam folder; I answered them that I was happy to get a job interview with them and they didn't answer me to give me a concrete date. I had to call them and they told me the interview was the day after.
Interviewer met me with a 40mins delay and the interview was superfast. I didn't have time to answer properly to any question and I really believe the hiring manager was not even interested in my previous related experience. It was terrible.

Were your sales misured? How much did you earn in this experience? What is in your opinion the most important ability a seller should have?
Rapide entretien téléphonique vérifiant les disponibilités et motivation. Entretien en personne avec les deux cheffes d'équipe. Au fait sur le CV; Assez rapide (20 minutes) et convivial. Réponse dans les jours qui ont suivi.

Interview
The interview process was fairly easy and straightforward, the initial interview is in person, and quite informal and nice to go through, you'll meet with one or two people from the office, this interview is about 45 minutes to an hour.. The second round is a real-life situation where you'll get to try out your sales skills. This interview is about 30 minutes. If you make it there, you'll have a call with the Head of the Country to evaluate your experience and exceptions and motivations. Fairly short as well.
