Honest, straightforward, down-to-earth conversation of the job. The conversations with the department head were very frank and were completely comfortable. Discussed improving the department and being the best educators possible. Included discussion of students' English abilities and the wide range of skills they have.

In-person interview after emailing resume. Sat in a lobby with others to interview, which wasn't too stressful all things considered. The interview is pretty easy if you have any EFL experience.
30 minutes phone call screening then in person interview with a panel. Friendly and encouraging interviewers. Overall the process took about 2 weeks from when I applied to when I had my final interview

So easy it was more like a sales pitch. Be prepared to talk about experience with children. It was over zoom, so have good internet.
