Interview
The interview was done through a series of phone, video, and in person interviews. Each interview was about thirty minutes to an hour long. They asked general questions and the more specific questions about what you are looking for in the company you want to work for.
They reached out through LinkedIn, and we scheduled an online interview. There are 4 stages: the first interview with the HR recruiter. The second stage is an interview with the Head of Recruitment, and after that, you need to do an online assessment, which tests your personality, sales, and logistics skills.
The last stage is a quick interview with the Head of Sales.
Great experience overall - in person interview in the Irvine Office which included a tour, assessment, and multiple face to face interviews with the hiring team. The onboarding process was smooth and seamless.
