Phone screen with hiring manager followed by an in person interview with that manager and another. Was given a verbal offer that night. I had some questions that were outstanding the next day so I emailed the manager as instructed. I get an email from the recruiter telling me to send her the questions in instead. The recruiter, dropped the ball and she never answered my questions. I waited 2 days thinking she was actually researching for me. I thought maybe they could not connect with each other. Within an hour I received an email with a "your offer has been rescinded due to no response". I did respond, but you never answered my question. I immediately emailed back and cc'd the manager because I was a perfect fit. I'm convinced the recruiter dropped the ball, or the manager did. Such a waste of my time. If you're a professional you expect a certain level of common respect. You will not get it here obviously. I am very glad I learned how they operate now instead of when I started there. It's not the first time one of their recruiters dropped the ball. Steer clear! Also, they have a new open concept workspace for associates. Your desk is literally big enough for your body and a laptop..And you are shoulder to shoulder with everyone. You are lined up in rows of probably 10-12 across and directly in front of your face is another person. I am happy I didn't take this after all. I can't imagine the amount of colds people share with a tight workspace. You don't have drawers, and can't even fit a tissue box on your desk.
