1 telephonic, 2 F2F, very lengthy and they don't really know if they want to hire or just like that conducting interview First HR will call and they will call for F2F interview. By the size of company, I guess they can finish both F2F on same day but because of unknown reasons they called in next week. Again the same person took interview. Later met with VP but was not convinced by the way he projected the whole company. Had to change because of Money and hence accepted the offer.
