5 panel interview with each person asking 2 questions that must be answered in the STAR format. Tough questions so be prepared. Highly competitive so do your research. HIRERIGHT does their background check And drug screen then you must pass 2 different physicals.have to also score well on Workkeys through the local work force.

Explain a situation when you hit a road block, then solved the problem while doing research.
Table interview with 4 members of management. Took turns asking questions. It was about an hour long. They ask STAR type questions and none of the questions were that out of the ordinary. Then did a site tour.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at DuPont (Buffalo, NY)
Interview
Basically we had an assessment, phone screen, then final interview. I heard back in 24 hours after the interview with an offer that was hard to refuse as I was entering the work force directly post graduating.
