Pretty basic questions. Didn’t seem friendly though. Very aggressive. I said I was looking for a good culture and I was told that SkySync was not a place for me as they have some grumpy men!

Interview
Very smooth phone interview, basic questions in regards to customer service. Was told that I would get contacted for a second interview. Waited 2 weeks, and did not receive an email. Reached out to the person who interviewed me and said that they wanted to do a second interview but the process got delayed. Emailed him throughout the months, still kept giving me the same response. I finally went ahead and emailed the department manager and he responded to me that the position was filled. Super unprofessional.

Phone interview first which went really well. Was able to see how my personality would fit with the boss. He gave me his vision of the company and I have mine
