Very smooth phone interview, basic questions in regards to customer service. Was told that I would get contacted for a second interview. Waited 2 weeks, and did not receive an email. Reached out to the person who interviewed me and said that they wanted to do a second interview but the process got delayed. Emailed him throughout the months, still kept giving me the same response. I finally went ahead and emailed the department manager and he responded to me that the position was filled. Super unprofessional.
