Droisys interview questions

A recruiter contacted me and collected all the information relevant to the job. After about 20–25 days, I received an email to complete an assessment before proceeding further. The assessment was SQL-focused and fairly easy; I cleared it successfully. Following that, HR reached out to schedule the next round, and I accepted the slot they provided. On the scheduled day, I joined the interview call on time, but no panel members were present. I tried contacting the recruiter, but received no response. A few hours later, she called to inform me that the panel was unavailable due to an urgent matter and assured me it would be rescheduled for the next day. I accepted the new invite, but the same issue occurred again—no panel joined the call. Since then, I have not received any further communication from the recruiter. Never seen such worst management.

The interview process had three rounds, two technical and one HR, all focused on basic concepts and problem-solving skills. The discussions were straightforward and assessed core knowledge, communication, and practical understanding. After about two weeks, I successfully received the job offer from the company.
