Initial interview was prompt, timely, and well structured. Interviewer was first contact with DoorDash and represented the company well. Follow up with an actual assignment which was moderately relevant. Instructions contained errors and the data supplied wasn't fully thought through. Final interview was with hiring managers who came across as having little experience in leadership roles. Questions were all boilerplate.
