Went through a referral and received an interview request by a recruiter and a director. Both the recruiter and director had to re-schedule our interview timeslot. Recruiter was 10mins late to the meeting and the director didn't even show up stating that there was another work emergency. Apparently, I was only supposed to be interviewed by either the recruiter or the director but there was a miscommunication between them. Overall, expected a bit more professionalism from the recruiter and the director. It seemed that they didn't value anyone's time other than their own.

Time consuming case study + two interviews. I was told the interviews would be behavioral, but they were mostly technical and asking questions about how to solve their problems on the team.
