The interview process consisted of two sessions, both of which were conducted in a friendly and positive manner. During the first session, the focus was primarily on screening and consisted of discussing the job description and my previous work experience. In the second session, there were three parts. Firstly, I was asked to summarize my previous experience. Secondly, there was a discussion about compensation, and I was asked whether I had any experience in helping to resolve conflicts or giving negative feedback. Finally, the third part of the interview involved questions related to SQL, SSIS, and cloud technologies. Overall, the interview process was thorough, professional, and engaging.
