It was very casual and comfortable. I was 17 and this was my first job interview, I was recommended by a friend who worked there. They were concerned as to whether I’d be okay with getting dirty as I was wearing my 6th form outfit so I was dressed smart but I reassured them that I didn’t mind.
I applied through other source. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Domino's (Hamilton, Waikato) in May 2011

Just a sit down with the manager, in the store.
The manager was a family friend so I was at ease. But it was a fast food job so just acting like a genuine person is enough. They outlined the hours in a way that made it seemed like they were ready to hire me then and there.
