Easy and fluid. The recruiter reached out to me, I had a phone screen, after the phone screen, I came in for a face to face and was hired the next day.

The process was relatively quick. Started with a long conversation with the person who does HR. She has a wonderful phone presence. I probably wouldn't have taken the job if it weren't for her. Progressed to one onsite interview, during which they basically explained the job to me and asked some basic background behavioral questions. After that I received an offer in just a few days.
