I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Disneyland Resort (Anaheim, CA) in Oct 2012
Interview
Quick interview. Interviewer offered three different positions to choose from…awkward. He was very friendly and basically asked questions like, do you have any tattoos/piercings? I was waiting for the what would you do in this situation questions but they never came. All the interview was is him figuring out if i fit their disney look description and their 5key standard. The overall thing was easier than i thought.

Interview
Did online app. Got an email to do web based interview which was just the personality questionnaire. Once done, I qualified for a phone interview since I live out of state. Phone interview was pretty basic. Overall great experience.

Interview
Applied online and within 30 minutes received an email for a web based interview. After passing and completing that, I was scheduled for an in person interview which I set for the following day. I had an extremely quick process, though I know it's not the same for others. My interviewer asked generic questions and the only one that pertained to the position was whether or not I knew how to temper chocolate. I wasn't offered that position because I lacked a culinary school education, but was put into Food and Beverages.

Interview
Had my interview today for candy making at Disneyland. The interview was about 15 minutes and went pretty well. I did not however get the job I applied for but got waitlisted for attractions and restaurant hostess because of my experience in restaurants. Hoping to hear back soon.
