I applied for a transfer from attractions in Walt Disney World, was set up with a phone interview shortly after. Typically hire internally for this position, from all areas of park operations.

-ADA questions- mine was how would you assist a family with a daughter who is afraid of flush potties (knowing the companion restrooms) -Experience with customer service/ time you handled a difficult customer

Interview
It was an easy phone interview that was engaging and very professional. The whole interview took about 20 minutes and an offer came at the end. I was a rehire so it was probably shorter and easier for me than many others.
