Interview
Very basic interview. Used star method. Asked about making magic etc etc etc. wanted to know how special Disneyland was to me. And asked if I had anybody working in the parks qlready
Quick and easy; Very strict about dress code. Applied and got an email within the week to schedule an interview; went to the interview and got offered a couple of different positions based off of my prior experience.
Easy quick simple and fast was in and out of the casting center and I was offered the job quickly traditions is a little cult like though. Just drink the kool-aid and get your main entrance pass
it was more like a get to know you than a traditional interview, so don't be too nervous about it. i was asked about what my favorite ride is, favorite land, etc. you'll do great!
