The process begins with an online application that remains on file for 6 months. I receive a 10 question web interview shortly after that and was scheduled for a face to face interview, shortly after that. The interview involved arriving at Casting, checking in at the front desk, and waiting for my name to be called. When I was called, a lady took me into her office and began the interview. She was very friendly and after saying that she would like to offer me a job, she showed me the job description and then asked if there was any specific area in which I would like to work. After writing that down, she asked which name and hometown I would like on my name tag, and wrote that down, as well. She then handed me a sheet with my job title and when to report back for my first day of Traditions (orientation). She gave me a friendly goodbye and I was the newestimate Cast Member at the Disneyland Resort!
